From Manila:

Follow the national highway leading to towns of Calamba, Los Baños, Bay, etc,, turning right at Crossing, Los Baños to enter Lopez Avenue, the main road to UP Los Baños. From Lopez Avenue, turn left to Agapita Road/Halcon Street. The key landmarks at this juncture are 7-11 store and Mercury Drug. Mancono Gardens is roughly 400m from this juncture. Turn right at Bangkal street, then left at Lina's Orchard. After Gate 2 of Lina's Orchard, turn left. Mancono Gardens is the second lot from this intersection. Alternatively, one can also go straight to the end of Agapita Road/Halcon Street, and then turn right to the lane leading to Mancono Gardens.
